* PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS PLEASE BRING YOUR FIELD EVENTS EQUIPMENTS (SHOT PUT, DISC, JAVELIN, 50M TAPE) WITH YOU FOR TRAINING AND COMPETITION DAYS FOR YOUR PRACTICE.

* FOR SILAMBAM AND YOGA COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SILAMBAM STICK AND YOGA MAT WITH YOU.

*REGISTRATION IS A MUST FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SCHOOLS, ONLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS CAN PARTICIPATE.
*FREE REGISTRATION FOR SCHOOLS ( THEY CAN DONATE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN AT THEIR WILL TO ENCOURAGE TALENTS INFINITE TALENTS AS THIS IS A ORGANISATION RUN BY STUDENTS, BUT NOT COMPULSORY  )

*ONE CAN PARTICIPATE IN ALL 10 EVENTS ALSO BUT A REGISTRATION FEE OF RS 50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL EVENT beyond 3+1 events THEY PARTICIPATE.

HM AND PET OF RESPECTIVE SCHOOLS PLEASE SIGN AND SEAL THE FORM BEFORE SUBMITTING IT.

*HM's USE THIS BELOW LINK TO UPLOAD YOUR FILLED IN  REGISTRATION EXCEL FORM.


*PARTICIPANTS SHOULD SUBMIT THEIR COPY OF SCHOOL ID, EMIS, AADHAR CARD / BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR AGE AND STANDARD PROOF WHILE REGISTRATION.

*PARTICIPANTS WRITE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND EMIS NUMBER IN AADHAR CARD COPY BEFORE SUBMITTING.

*RESPECTIVE SCHOOL PET SHOULD SEND THE LIST OF ALL PARTICIPANTS WITH EVENTS THEY PARTICIPATE BEFORE APRIL 13TH 3.00PM. BRING A COPY OF THE LIST WHILE REPORTING FOR REGISTRATION VERIFICATION.
*PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REPORT TO THE VENUE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE SCHOOL TEACHERS ONLY. ( RESPECTIVE SCHOOL TEACHERS PLEASE KEEP YOURSELF IN CHARGE OF BRINGING THE STUDENTS(PARTICIPANTS) FROM SCHOOL TO THE GROUND AND GETTING THEM BACK TO SCHOOL SAFELY ON ALL THOSE DAYS OF THIS EVENT).
*PARTICIPANTS /TEACHERS / PARENTS  SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN FOOD, SNACKS AND ENOUGH WATER TO DRINK. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS AT YOUR OWN RISK. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR BELONGINGS.


*SCHOOL PET MAKE SURE TO REGISTER ONLY THE INTERESTED & HEALTHY PARTICIPANTS.
*REGISTERED SCHOOLS WITH PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REPORT BEFORE TIME AND VERIFY YOUR REGISTRATION WITH THE REGISTRATION DESK.
 
*ON THE FINAL DAY AFTERNOON SESSION TEACHERS AND PARENTS CAN PARTICIPATE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE EVENTS, AND WINNERS WILL BE AWARDED MEDALS AND CERTIFICATES.

* DATES, VENUE AND TIME OF EVENTS MAY CHANGE / CANCELLED IF REQUIRED DUE TO ANY UNAVOIDABLE SITUATIONS. THE ORGANISER'S DECISION IS FINAL.

* ALL PARTICIPANTS PLEASE FOLLOW THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION  FOR THE PANDEMIC SITUATION. (KEEP YOURSELF CLEAN AND SAFE)

* ALL EVENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED FAIR AND WELL.

* REFEREES' DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL EVENTS.
