*General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to the TIT - G.K. MEGA QUIZ (ONLINE COMPETITION) by TIT-Talents Infinite Talents (“Organizer”) on their website.

Following are the terms applicable to the Quiz:

▪ Any individual who is at the date of participation has completed age of 8+years can participate in this Quiz competition.

▪ All individuals interested to participate in this Quiz (the “Participants”) are required to follow the instructions mentioned in the link or on Website to complete the Quiz.

▪ “Eligible Entrants” are all individuals who enter into the Quiz through the Website shall become Eligible Entrants as soon as they provide the information requested by the organizers in the T&C and the Website.

▪ All Participants are required to provide their complete name, Date of Birth, valid email ID and mobile number, What's App number, etc.. as requested in the registration form and in QUIZ form.

▪ Quiz will be conducted as per the instruction provided on the Website.

▪ Organizer reserves the right to ask valid identity proof of the winner before declaring the prize.

▪ The prize will be non-exchangeable, nonrefundable and nontransferable and nonassignable. It also cannot be exchanged against cash. Only the prize winners and no other person or agent, may claim the prize.

▪ Organizer has the right to substitute the prize with other prizes of equal value, as determined by Organizer in its sole discretion.

▪ Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; and/ or (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.

▪ Participants agree that no clarifications will be provided by the Organizer on the questions and the answers used in the Quiz.

▪ If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.

▪ Organizer reserves the right, at any time during, or after the closing date of the competition, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

▪ Any tax liability accruing to the winner of the prize will be paid by that winner before claiming the prize.

▪ The judging will take place by Organizer, as per the instructions of this Quiz declared by the Organizing Team on Organizer’s Website and based upon maximum right answers posted or selected. In case of tie, Lucky draw will be conducted at above premises to choose the winner. The prize winner will be notified via phone and or email within 5 working days of the selection, for claiming of the prize. The winners name will be announced on social media of Organizer or on Organizer’s Website. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained by anybody.

▪ The winner of the prize is subject to these terms and conditions.

▪ If this promotion is interfered or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

▪ (a) To disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) Subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

▪ In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all the methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a winner does not respond to the Organizer's initial communications within Two (2) days, calculated from the date of such communication, a judgement for any unclaimed prizes may take place at the same time and place as the original judgement, Organizer reserves all rights in this regard. The prize remains the property of the Organizer until claimed by the prize winner.

* If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his/her prize then The Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.

*The Organizer may reduce the number of prizes if there are no sufficient entries to qualify for the prize. Any prize(s) that remain unclaimed at the end of 30 days from the announcement of the final results will become cancelled.

*The Organizer reserves the right to award this prize to the next winner or even revoke that prize.

*The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for any products and services offered as prize under the Quiz. And under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Quiz be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by The Organizer.

* The organizers reserves the right to mode of prize distribution for winners either through In person or through courier or through any other mode of distribution if any.

* For receiving the prize from the organizers the winners has to look after travelling, boarding, lodging, and other expenses if any on their won and organizers is no way liable for this on any means.

* In case organizers decide for Courier dispatching of prizes the winners has to bear the courier expenses and other expenses if any on their won and organizers is no way liable for this on any means.

▪ Once prizes have left the Organizer’s premises, the Organizer and its associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed deliver or lost in transit and any further service or warranty charges or other allied expenses to run the particular device.

▪ Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Organizer in time. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Organizer.

* Participants agree that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address etc.. may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by The Organizer, its affiliates and the consultants for the purposes of conducting and administering the Quiz. By entering the Quiz, Participants agree to the transmission, processing, disclosing and storage of this personal data by The Organizer, its affiliates and the consultants.

*By entering the competition, the participants & attendees permit themselves to be photographed/ recorded by electronic, online and print media for telecast, publications & contacted by their given email ids and other display usages of The Organizer. The Organizer may also collect any information, photograph, video clip etc. from the participant for publication or sharing for the promotional requirement of The Organizer.

▪ The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this or during the competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

▪ If for any reason Organizer is not capable of running this competition as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Organizer, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any reasonable action to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Any or all changes made to the T&C shall be subject to State Regulations applicable in this regard.

▪ Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the Website in any manner. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted such Participants shall be disqualified forthwith and Organizer reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such Participants and/or user.

▪ Organizer has the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Condition governing the Quiz, prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice.

▪ Any disputes which are subject of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above will not be entertained in any manner by the organizer.

* To contest in this QUIZ program I agree that I have read all the instructions, terms and conditions mentioned above and agree to obey all those before filling up the registration form, followed by online QUIZ competition.
